Do you find your past creeping up on your today and ruining your attitude all while crushing your joy in Christ?  May I suggest Putting Your Past in Its Place by Steve Viars.  In this book, Steve helps one recognize just how influential our past can be on our present both good and bad.  The second section shows the reader how they can Biblically deal with how they have been hurt in the past.  The final section helps us see how God would want us to deal with how we have hurt others in the past.

Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who finds it difficult to not be controlled by their past.  Often this can be a crippling control that hinders our obedience in the present.  This book is a great self-counsel tool that takes its’ truth straight from the Word of God.  At under $9.00 on Amazon right now this book is a steal!
