ANNOUNCEMENTS

Active Attack Safety Class                                                                                                                                                                                          Have you ever thought about what you would do should you find yourself in the area of an ongoing Active Attack?  These attacks are becoming more and more prevalent in today’s world.  They can occur anywhere and at any time, not just here at church, but out in the business world, at schools, and even in an outdoor environment.  Members of our own church Security Team are teaching a class just for GHBC members and their friends at GHBC on 2/22/25 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm                                                                                              This in-person course of Civilian Response and Casualty Care (CRCC) provides   a coordinated effort through a “whole community approach” to establish stakeholders within the community and empower citizens to become “immediate responders “who do what they can, where they are, with what they have to work with until first responders arrive. This course expands upon the basics of Avoid, Deny, and Defend to teach against an active attack, and how to provide life-saving medical aid to the injured from the Stop the Bleed® campaign. Everyone who wishes to attend needs to register at the below Registration Link.  Just click on the link, complete the form, and submit.  You will be added to the roster.  For more information, please see Alan Chambers or David Fuller.  There is no cost.
