Brian Hayes is thankful to the Lord to be the son of Hank and Betty Hayes, who raised him in Amelia County and taught him the fear of the One, true and living God. God graciously called Brian to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ at a young age while attending Arbor Baptist Church in Amelia. Brian graduated Amelia County High School in 1985, and Virginia Tech in 1989 with a BS degree in Horticulture. Brian met his loving wife Wanda in 1985 and they have been heirs of the grace of life together for 29 years now. Brian and Wanda have operated Greener Nurseries, Inc. in Amelia since 1990 and Brian also works part time at a local dairy farm in the county. They have 4 children; Austin (Brigette), Brendan, Megan (Austin) and Chesdan. Brian and Wanda have no greater desire and joy than to know that their children are walking in the Truth. Brian and his family have been at Grace Harvest Bible Church since 2012. Brian has served as Deacon sine 2015 and now as an Elder since 2018. Brian was dead in his sins, but has been made alive together with Christ. And the life he now lives, he lives by faith in the Son of God, who loved him and gave himself for him. Praise God!
